Michela O’Connor Abrams

Michela O’Connor Abrams is president and CEO of Dwell, the award-winning design brand founded in 2000 by Lara Deam. Michela’s fourteen years of leadership at Dwell has led to General Excellence at the National Magazine Awards, top sponsored event honors at Folio’s Marketing Awards, finalist in the corporate category for the prestigious National Design Awards, finalist for Folio’s Eddie and Ozzie Awards, and national recognition for both circulation growth and newsstand sales. In 2005, she conceived and launched Dwell on Design. Now in its eleventh year, it was recently designated Folio’s best overall B2C event and is the largest design show in the U.S.

 

Hinaleimoana Wong

Hinaleimoana is a leader, teacher, kumu hula and cultural practitioner.  Her roots are found on Oʻahu yet she has family ties throughout Hawaiʻi.  She currently teaches incarcerated men within the prison system and can often be found helping many in her family and social circles.  Hinaleimoana became a highly recognized face amongst other Kanaka Maoli pro-independence advocates after the continued success of her documentary film “Kumu Hina” and the youth friendly rendering entitled “A Place In The Middle”.  Among her highest accolades are the White House Challenge Award for Social Change given by Hawaiʻiʻs own President Barack Obama and the Nat'l Education award for social justice in Hawaiʻi.

 

Rosa Say

Rosa Say is a workplace culture coach determined to reinvent our workplaces value by value, making them healthier and more rewarding for us all. As founder of Say Leadership Coaching, Rosa is hired as an expert coach on values-based management, and as a change agent leading business in organizational culture design. She is widely known for her work leading the Managing with Aloha movement within Hawai‘i and internationally, work which draws from her 30-year career in the resort hospitality industry and residential resort development.

Errol has more than 20 years of experience in technology and the real estate industry. He has been named one of Inman News’ 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in the U.S. for seven consecutive years. Previously, Errol held the roles of chief strategy officer and chief revenue officer at Move, Inc.  While at Move, he was also president of Realtor.com from 2007 to 2014, and president of  Top Producer Systems from 2003 to 2007.

Dogan Cuceloglu, Ph.D.

After graduating from the University of Istanbul, Dogan obtained his Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Illinois in 1967.  Since then, Dr. Cuceloglu held positions at a number of academic institutions both in Turkey and in the U.S. His primary interest is in the area of Interpersonal Communications.  He has over forty research articles published both in Turkish and in English. Dr. Cuceloglu conducts workshops, gives seminars and lectures in the area of interpersonal communication and effective leadership in family, education and business. He is also active in social media with over one million followers and frequently appears on tv programs on social-psychological issues in Turkey.

But even looking back fondly, he can’t recall another destination quite like the one he is managing now. “You’re not living the dream unless you’ve been here,” he says of Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, where he stepped in as General Manager in January 2015 to lead the resort’s reflagging. “What is different and significant to me now is I have never in my life seen the sheer beauty of a coastal location where it’s, like…” He pauses. “Heavenly.”
